Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Pupcases website or placing an order. By accessing or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
About Us
Pupcases (ABN 94 644 080 792) operates this store and website from New South Wales, Australia. We create custom illustrated phone and AirPods cases for dog lovers across Australia and internationally.

Eligibility
By using our Services you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Products and Personalisation
All Pupcases products are made to order and personalised specifically for you. By placing an order you confirm that:
- The photo you upload is of your own dog or a dog you have permission to use for this purpose
- The name you provide is accurate and as you wish it to appear on your case
- You understand that your product will be produced based on the information and photo you provide at the time of ordering
- You have read and understood our Returns and Refund Policy before placing your order
We reserve the right to refuse any order where the uploaded photo or requested content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Pupcases website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment processed. If your order is cancelled in these circumstances we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as any other payment methods made available through our checkout.
Order Processing and Production
Once your order is placed our artists will begin creating your custom illustration. Please allow 2-4 business days for illustration and production, plus 2-3 business days for shipping within Australia.
Order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time your order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for full details.
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. Shipping is a flat rate of $10 AUD. Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free shipping. International shipping will be available in the future.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Intellectual Property
All illustrations, artwork and designs created by Pupcases remain the intellectual property of Pupcases (ABN 94 644 080 792). By purchasing a personalised product you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the illustration as printed on your purchased product for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Pupcases illustration or design without our prior written consent.
User Generated Content
By tagging Pupcases on social media or submitting photos of your product to us, you grant Pupcases a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute your content across our social media channels, website, and advertising materials. We will always aim to credit you where possible. If you do not wish your content to be used in this way please notify us at hello@pupcases.com.au
Customer Uploads
By uploading a photo to our website you confirm that:
- You own the photo or have permission to use it for this purpose
- The photo does not infringe any third party intellectual property rights
- The photo does not contain any offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
We reserve the right to refuse any uploaded photo that we deem inappropriate or unsuitable for production. In these circumstances we will contact you to request an alternative photo.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pupcases will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Privacy

Third Party Services
Our Services are powered by Shopify. Production and fulfilment is handled by Printful. Photo uploads are processed through Uploadery. Each of these third party services operates under their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third party services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
