The Illustration
Absolutely — any breed, any size, any personality. If it's your dog, we can illustrate them.
A clear front-facing photo in good lighting works best. Avoid blurry, side-on or heavily shadowed shots — the more detail we can see, the better your illustration will be.
Simply upload your photo directly on the product page before checkout — no emails needed.
We'll revise it based on your feedback at no extra cost. If after one revision you're still not satisfied, we'll issue a store credit to the full value of your order.
Orders & Shipping
Allow 2–4 business days for illustration and production, plus 3–4 business days for shipping Australia-wide.
Shipping is a flat $10 Australia-wide. Orders over $100 ship free.
We currently ship within Australia only — international shipping is coming soon!

Yes — you'll receive an automatic tracking notification by email once your order is despatched.
Returns & Guarantee
Due to the fully personalised nature of each case, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, production will have begun and we're unable to cancel.
If you're not happy with your illustration, contact us within 7 days and we'll revise it based on your feedback. If after one revision you're still not satisfied, we'll issue a full store credit.
