The portrait is printed with archival pigment inks that don't yellow or fade in the sun, then sealed under a matte or gloss coat.

Your illustrator sends the finished portrait for approval within 3–5 days of your order. Once you approve it, printing and dispatch take 7–10 days, so most orders land about two weeks after you upload — a little longer for remote addresses.
A clear, well-lit photo of your dog facing the camera works best — daylight, eyes visible, taken close enough that you can see their markings. A phone snap is plenty, and slightly blurry is fine. Skip heavy filters, and if their face is in shadow, send a second photo as backup.
Yes. Every order includes one free revision — reply to your proof email with what you'd like adjusted and your illustrator reworks it. Nothing is printed until you say the word.
